Pro-Adjuster
A Chiropractic Clinic Utilizing State-of-the-Art Technology
The Pro-Adjuster is NASA™ technology created in Holland, Pennsylvania. NASA developed a hand held stylus used to detect motion on the tiles of the space shuttle. The technicians would test each tile using a preloaded sensor and take a reading to find out if each specific tile had the right amount of motion. The computer would produce a graph of each impulse and show a measurement, if too much motion was found on each individual tile the technicians would be able to make a very specific adjustment to ensure the safety of the shuttle and all on board.
At Roberts Family Chiropractic Center, we're able to use that same technology on the human spine. Dr. Roberts' uses a hand-held stylus, scans the spine, and analyzes the computerized measurement. The graph will show us the type of motion and fixation that's found throughout all areas of the spine. Not only does the Pro-Adjuster analyze the spine, it also is able to correct the problem. With a light "tapping motion," Dr. Roberts' is able to gently oscillate the vertebra back into its proper position by using the hand-held stylus.
